An exhibition of 30 paintings, including three completed in Paris prior to the exhibition, and 75 drawings. They form a retrospective sequence from 1962. The paintings were selected by the artist, and the drawings by Alan Bowness, including an important series of recent portrait drawings.

A bi-lingual (English/French) with an introduction by Stephen Spender, a conversation between the artist and Pierre Restany and notes on the works, was published the Musée des Arts Décoratifs to accompany the exhibition. No ISBN number.
