Rob Turner (1951 – )
Rob Turner was born in County Durham. He studied ceramics at Camberwell College of Arts in London and later undertook postgraduate studies at Stoke on Trent Polytechnic. The works in British Council collection are made from factory produced porcelain and glass that were then hand decorated using industrial transfer that the designer manipulated to suit his own ends.
