Summary
Jazreel’s Temple was built to house a religious sect founded by James Jershom Jezreel. Building began in 1885 but was never completed, in part due to the death of the founder, squabbles amongst the sect and lack of funds. The building continued to dominate the Gillingham skyline until it was demolished in 1960. http://kn.theiet.org
