Summary
West Wycombe Park is situated in Buckinghamshire. The neo-classical mansion is surrounding by a rococo style garden landscape by Sir Francis Dashwood (founder of the Dilettanti Society and the Hellfire Club) in the mid-18th century. Various follies, grottos and temples are sited within the grounds creating romantic views and vistas which made the park an attractive destination for a day’s excursion.
