Kruddart (1952; 1953 – )
Kruddart was a partnership between Michael Coulson and Nichola Bruce. They studied film at Middlesex Polytechnic (now Middlesex University). Although the main focus of their work is filmmaking, their practice is multi-disciplinary taking in design, illustration and painting. The Draughtsman’s Contract is one of their best known film posters – a collage of photographs, photocopies, drawings and calligraphy – promoting the Peter Greenaway film of the same title.
