Aldo Cosmati (1895 – )
Cosomati was born in Italy, and lived in Zurich for five years where he studied drawing, printing, bookbinding and furniture design. At the end of the first World War he came to London where he worked as a commercial artist producing poster designs for London Transport, BOAC and other, as well as designing illustrations for books, menus and wine lists.
