The exhibition explored the ways artists and makers found new uses for found and recycled materials. Witty and inventive, the exhibition numbered over 50 items, featuring furniture made from materials as diverse as recycled polythene bags and empty shampoo bottles to driftwood; jewellery from beer cans, handbags from dried tea bags as well as domestic objects such as lighting, clothing and basket ware that used everything from reconstituted comic books to car tyres and recycled juice cartons. The exhibition was curated by Anna Champeney, then Exhibition Officer at Craftspace Touring in Birmingham. A catalogue, using recycled paper and plastic, was published to accompany the exhibition with an essay by the curator and statements by the artists. ISBN 0 86355 441 5
