This exhibition was commissioned by the British Embassy in Brussels to be part of the British Pavilion at Classic VI in Kortrijk. The works were selected by Diana Eccles and Joanna Gutteridge and the exhibition comprised a long dining table with table settings and glassware by 12 different makers and a specially commissioned epergne by Kate Malone, alongside two sideboards displaying serving dishes and plates, condiments sets, tea and coffee pots and decanters. An illustrated leaflet with brief notes describing the artists’ working processes was published to accompany the exhibition.
