This pop-up exhibition showcases the creative responses of 20 Fellows who spent a month in Venice during the 57th Art Biennale, May-November 2017.

As part of a steward-research programme at the British Pavilion, the Fellows (students, recent graduates, artists and researchers) spent 12 days researching a topic or theme through site-specific and archival research focused either on the Biennale or Venice itself.

Fellows responded in many ways – extending their artistic practice or enhancing an academic line of enquiry. The range of responses, from small sculptures to video works and sound pieces, highlights the diversity of talent from UK higher education and arts institutions. What results is a sense of Venice that is very individual to the Fellows.

Opening Times: Thursday 15 February - Sunday 4 March 2018,  10.00 - 16.00

Address: RAW Labs Norton Quays, Royal Albert Wharf, London, E16 2QJ
